Dry itchy feet love this bar. Clay makes one size really scrubby and the rest of the bar is poppy seed, pumace, Apricot seeds. Lavender esscential oil and MCT oil finish it off. Sweet/Soft feet remain. Watch out men have been known to take the bar to shower with, you may want to buy 2. Just saying.
